THEATER REVIEWS

MAN OF LA MANCHA

Jones’ casting makes perfect sense. He plays Quixote as an irrepressible optimist, but never a fool, and his delusions never feel like true madness so much as a form of stubborn idealism ... and Jones’ smooth vocals are just as impressive as his acting chops.

BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY

Janine DiVita has appropriately great chemistry with Patrick Oliver Jones as Robert. Jones has the perfect kind of charm for the rugged photographer and a wonderful voice. His solo "It All Fades Away" is certainly a highlight of the show.

ANNIE

Jones captures the audience’s hearts with his wistful rendition of “Something Was Missing.” Tenderly singing about having everything except love in his life, Mr. Jones makes the role of Oliver Warbucks his own, bringing it to life with sensitivity and style.

FUN HOME

Jones digs into the complexity of Alison’s father, Bruce. His classic good looks and stirring voice draw people in without ever letting anyone (especially his daughter) get too close. The lyrical yet infuriating “Telephone Wire” will break your heart.
